Devisme projectiles ?

Hello ,
are these Devisme projectiles or not ? the only info I had was on a previuos thread and there were only old pictures and designs available .
1st projectile : height : 12.5 cm weidth : 32 mm , weidth driving band : 35 mm
2d projectile : height : 13.7 cm weidth : 32 mm , weidth driving band : 35 mm
