Different No 28 IV

I have become 2 differend No28 IV in Bakalite

1) normal with rifled Head
2) with 12 degrees Head

Has anyone a List with Pictures or Draws of all variants from the No 28 ( and No 30 )?

3) safety Plug ????

Has anyone 1 ( ore more ) from this in good or middle Condition
or a Draw wiht Masses for Repro?

Please help me
