egg timing
Interesting question mg34nz. Egg timing is something from my mom and dads generation (they are both 80 something), as I can remember my dad ordering a 6 minute egg or a however many minute egg at the diner. Only through trial and error have I found that my favorite egg is 8 minutes which equates out to a tad beyond soft boiled. I have not heard anyone order an egg by the minutes in years, aw hell I have not heard anyone order a boiled egg in years. Dano
