Does anyone have any information on the German DM 51 SAI?

The only thing I can find is at the bottom of this webpage ...

http://www.navweaps.com/Weapons/WAMGER_Mines.htm

And this picture:

Janes states it is a Joint Denmark (NEA Lindburg) / German (ATLAS Elktronik GmbH) Project. Doing a little research I am wondering did Denmark make the fuze?

http://www.fred.dk/peace/danmines.htm On this website if you look at NEA Lindberg you see they primarily make fuzes for landmines. That would leave Germany to make the mine?

Any ideas or thoughts?
