Can anyone tell me the difference between the German ET fuze DM52 and DM52A1.
As far as I no the DM52A1 can also be used on the 155 mm SMART artillery shell and the DM52 can not.

But no one can tell me what the modification exactly is.

Hope some German members can help but anyone can response off course.

Hi Chris, you are correct about the DM52A1 being used in 155mm SMArt projectiles as well as all types of 155 to 203 mm cargo illuminating and smoke projectiles. I can give you more info about this fuze but cannot find any info on the DM52 to compare, sorry.
