Dominion 6.5mm??

Headstamp of this cartridge shows "Dominion 6.5MM". I don't have any tips about this ammo. Anyone knows what it is?

Is the case length 55mm?
If so then this is a Dominion made 6.5 x 55 which is a common Swedish military round

My slide gauge indicates the length is 53mm. Is it 6.5 x 55?

This could also be 6.5x54 mannlicher schoenauer, measure the base of the case just above the extractor groove,if it is .447 it is 6.5x54 MS. If it is .476 it is 6.5x55.

Is it the photo or does it look like a semi rimmed case to anyone else? Too long for a 6.5mm Arisaka.
