The downloads section hosts 100s of documents and manuals,
I am using my phone to access bocn so your layout may be a bit different.
To access downloads...
click on the 3 horizontal bars
This will open a menu..click on where it says downloads..
This then opens another window , at the top center click on categories .
The downloads section should then open showing a list of all the different categories
