30-MM X 113B
Length: 200-MM

No head stamp but writing on side of item.

I cannot identify the maker but I have two examples of these Ballast Defa cartridges.
Mine are by WDC. One has a yellow tip and the other has an orange projectile.Both look like your example.
 
Could you post pictures of yours? I would be interested in seeing the differences. Might help us ID them too.

30x111 Ballast.jpegMy two 30x113B Defa Ballast cartridges. I assume they are Defa and not Aden. Are they inter-changeable?
 
Possibly interchangeable, though not sure if aircraft fitted with DEFA required ballast as such.
Definitely used as ADEN, in the likes of the CAC Sabre?
