Drill round ID

One of a couple of recent new additions to the family, I'd like to get a positive ID on this drill round. It is of unusual construction with the following measurements

Overall length 353mm
Diameter 47mm
Rim diameter 55mm
Primer 15mm
Case length 228mm

The base markings appear to be the same as on the Dutch/Vickers 75mm AA cases that I have seen. The case length is the same as the Austrian Bohler AT case but the primer is smaller. The wood facsimile projectile goes all the way to the base of the case and does have a raised area for the driving band. But what is it? Your comments appreciated.

Dutch collectors will go mental for this one! Original Dutch 47 mm Bohler.
