Dummy explosive charge?

Hi, does anybody know what this is?
Listed on eBay Australia as a "Dummy Charge".
Seller is a bit vague. He is sending me the markings on it tomorrow hopefully.

Its whats known as a hayrick demolition charge,this was/still is a linear shaped charge used for cutting steel beams

yes could be used on bridges,the bars in reinforced concrete etc also more
there is a very dodgy film clip in the following attached post by Exat808,go to the 2nd post and you will find it,
it shows the charges been laid ,but as you will see when they supposedly blow them its all bad special effects

Ask for an FFE certificate if you buy it. Its marked as Inert/Instructional but its not painted Blue and is still marked RDX/TNT and sports a Red Stripe denoting HE. Just to be sure
