I've had a couple of these and need help with ID.
I'm guessing a mills dummy grenade.
Canada maybe?

These may be locally produced practice mills made for home guard units.

The reason i wondered about Canada is because i have a mate with a Canadian mills grenade wooden box, marked pratice, full of these.
Seen quite a few over here...
Doesnt mean they belong to the box though.
