Heres an intersting variation of the british NO69 Grenade. Its a copy made in Holland at the Artillerie Inrichtingen Hembrug Factory. Ive no idea of the date of manufacture as the gren has no markings on the bottom. It is fitted with the 247 Mk3 fuze which unscrews at the bottom for ease in assembling the internal fuze parts.
The only markings are what i believe casting numbers. Each of the 7 bakelite components has a 4 figure number starting at 2154 to 2160.There is also a small triangle with a circle below it and inside the circle is and X.
Any more info would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers, Paul.
