does anyone know if this switch has a pronged extension like the American one which its copied from
and what does it look like

Yes, the Dutch NR16 did had a prolonged extension (height with extension: Min:98 - Max:130mm)
The note in red means that the switch is obsolete, only (limited) to be used for education)

thanks for that info,in the photo the extension looks like its brass and has a rounded top,i cant see prongs on it
