So hard to find I had to settle for a cigar cutter ---- fills the case at any rate. Projectile date 3.3.16 , case is 1917. No restoration possible on projectile, at least it is in first rate condition for what it is.
Thanks for the picture. Along with the intent to market the large amounts of "stuff" left over after each of the World Wars, and the popularity of cigar smoking at one time in both North America and Europe, it is still possible to find "37mm" Cigar Cutters, although sometimes expensive--at least for a cigar cutter! My collection of Tobaccania does not extend to cigar cutters--I specialize in the "manufacturing" and "retailing" stuff, but I see 37mm cutters from time to time.
