The picture shows two types of Ex (5) fuzes struck out and made into (28) fuzes , but this shows that the early fuzes were also made in aliminum . the left hand one is dated 1936 and was manufactured at Rheinmetall Sommerda plant

They are great Fuzeman I am learning alot off you lately about new areas of ordnance ,the fantastically clear pictures are of credit to you.

Yes,i enjoy the fuzes posted by our very own FM.
He keeps pulling them out of the hat like a crafty old magician!;)
I like these two fuzes as you can see how they were stamped with a bit more care and attention rather than later models.
