Bought this today for a fiver at a show, needs identification. Looks German, marked K.K.M.4L/6 6597 a/32. Has heavy steel vane that spins freely at the top but engages to spin in thread downwards to a stop. Looks like there are two lead shear plugs or screws that hold the vane rod in place with a firing pin attached which looks like a screw but it's not. Needs identifying can anyone help.
It looks like the vane either spins out of place by water/ air or the rotating spin of the projectile so the vane rod with the firing pin at the end shears from its lead pins when it hits its target.
