Early Yellow MKII

Trenchwarfare

Yesterday morning at the show, another dealer walked up, and pulled this out of his pocket. said he got it from a lady, who bought it at a garage sale for $10.00. (Wish I could have gotten it, for even 10x that) Very nice grenade, minus the spoon. I figure that's pretty incidental, considering. (I hope) I know very little about these. Anything special about the markings.

Very nice, I really like the yellow MK2s. I see it has an "ID" mark on the side. I have a couple just like yours. Does anyone know the who used the mark "ID" ?
