ELAZ fuzes: dating information

Morning all. I've had a skim through the numerous posts concerning ELAZ fuzes and hope someone can point me in the right direction. Now, this is a bit niche but does anyone know how German fuzes not stamped with a numeric date (e.g., '1940' or just '41', etc.) can be dated? I have yet to come across a fuze shoulder stamped with any numeric stamp post-1942: so what happened after '42. If anyone can post an image of an ELAZ fuze (dated in numeric format) after '42, I'd be delighted to see it!

Hello, the Rheinmettal fuzes manufactured after 1942 , or brought into service such as the (25)D after 1942, have a lower case letter in place of the date, i.e. the letter a, c, n, etc.

Afternoon Arthur - and thank you for the concise and helpful reply. Just so I am clear, was 'a' 1943, 'c' 1944 and 'n' 1945? Or have I taken you too literally! For example, would the 25 D, below (showing a lower case 'c'), be a 1944 fuze? Very many thanks. A

Evening Arthur - Looking at a small number of undated (by numerals) fuze shoulders, I am seeing single marks othe the ones you mentioned. Do you recognise this one? Or is it not a date code?
Many thanks.
A

Another example of a 25 D fuze. I have highlighted the stampings of interest. Please correct me if this is not the case but the three coloured circles represent:
blue - manufacturer code
yellow - inspection stamp
red - date?

Does that fit in with what we know about the ELAZ fuzes manufactured after 1942?
