Electronic fuze

Any ideas on this fuze? marked R.L.I. in marker pen and FLA/234 47 with an engraver.

Not sure if this is a fuze. It may be an aircraft part such as the end of a static discharger or static probe. I may be wrong and if so might prompt another member to properly solve this for you.
