I need help to identify this Projectile made by Elswick EOC but it has 12 zinc studs and is not in D.Ibbetson's book. Is it made for France or some other country?
Stamped EOC on the nose and on one top stud. HM stamped on another top stud.
Dimensions are: 163mm long. 84.5mm diameter. 3.5kg empty weight (7.7lb). 12 zinc studs approx. 19.5-20mm diameter.
Fuze hole is odd size but seems 22.4mm diam, 2.5mm pitch or 10tpi.
It is 60mm centre- to- centre between the studs lengthways. Maybe it is a light 12Pr projectile as it is 84.5mm bodty diameter? Looks like a Common Shell?

I need an ID, Country that used it and what fuze was used if possible. Thanks,
