EOC 3 Pounder possible foreign contract headstamp

I picked this 3 Pounder case up recently. I think it may have been made for a foreign contract as it lacks a mark number, CF stamp and broad arrow.

Also, does anyone know what the "LS" marking where the lot number would usually be means? I would also be interested to know what the "JM" in the diamond means.

JM in diamond is probably inspectors mark. You are probably right about this being a foreign contract.
