This is a comic fantasy loosely related to WWII http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4176826/. Mysteriously, Adolf Hitler comes back to life. He very quickly adopts new technologies and channels his ideas to public via TV talk shows. Some of his observations are right on, and whilst he is serious, the audience believe him to be a comedian. Very interesting movie. My favourite is his description of Angela Merkel. He says that Germany is governed by a clumsy woman with a character of a noodle.
