The general interest is ww1 ordance.

Yes im aware ,even shell cases are restricted.
But it depends on the service that you use bc some of companies dont go throught scanners.

I have a question about Reibert.info — they’re located in Ukraine. Do they ship to the EU, or do packages get stopped at the Polish border? Does anyone have any experience buying from them?

Some may ship , some wont , they use Ukrposhta , i bought many things from there trought ebay.
U have to negotiate , but sellers usually disagree to ship , the best option is to find someone who can be middle person.

And with the middle man, does that mean a person that is willing to physicaly drive through in to the EU? Or does that just mean someone who is willing to mail it to me? Thanks a lot.
