Recently we came across a German 7,7cm Artillery projectile with a EKZ16 fuse marked "Ex."
The projectile itself has the measurements of a normal standard 7,7cm only it has a hole in the bottom ...

Does anybody have any information about these "Ex." munitions dating WWI ? I found a lot of info but only dating WWII.

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

We have the same shell but long version 7.7cm Lg.F.K.Gr.
No documentation for these dummy shells.
