F-1 country?

Picked this throwing dummy up a couple of weeks ago, my first thought was French, but the fuze looks much more Warsaw Pact. Does anyone recognize the color scheme?

Segmentation of body suggests a French F1 rather than the later Russian F-1 it inspired, I think??

I don't disagree, but the fuze is not like anything I've seen on a French drill before, and there is enough variation in F1s - French, Russian, Polish, etc that I was hoping for someone to recognize the color and say it was typical of a certain location or timeframe.

It's a French FI.It has the dummy 1915 percussion fuse
