F&L vs. F-L

I have come across two C235 Mk1 containers. One has F&L as maker the other F-L.
Are these different manufacturers or could they be the same?

F&L - Fisher and Ludlow, Birmingham, specialists in motor body work and sheet metal pressings and stampings. The style of makers' markings, trade marks and monograms did vary from time, even occasionally from lot to lot.

Btw MF - Main, Falkirk.
