I'm trying to find the ID of the grenade in the photos. I've tried the Lex's site and some old notes but can't trace it. I have a feeling it might be Yugoslavian or from that area.

Length is 3 1/4 Inches long by 2 1/8 inches at its widest part. The neck is quite distinctive and threaded to take a detonator/ lever set.
