The fuze you have with safety pin should be a 161 unless its a 151 mk1 A,D, (Australia) they are very similar it was soon marked up as 161 mk1 A,D.
All 151 fuzes have no safety pin unless modified at the factory. Safety pins were fitted on 161 fuzes when they found that air dropping rendered 151 fuzes unsafe causing the detent to overcome its spring and free the striker causing premature detonation.
