Looks a like a 9cm heat (or practice) for Pansarvärnspjäs 1110.
What is the designation ?
I know 9cm spårljuspansargranat m/1962 but this one is different (cylindrical body), maybe a later model.

Yes, docs show Swedish ammo but round was found in Finland (so I assume also used by Finnish)

It is an old 95 mm training round for the Finnish recoilless rifle, the 95 S 58-61. Designation is "95 pshaa 8T vj".
