Flak 41 colour scheme

Please see the attached photo of a Flak 41 shell that a friend has. Although a repainted shell, it was repainted by someone who did know what he was doing and so is probably ‘realistic’. Can anyone tell me what the blue paint represents please?

The only thing not correct is the fuze, it is a 'kurz' (green nose tip) meaning that the clock is set 0,15 seconds earlier than the normal ones with the same time setting. The kurz was used only for the brandschrappnel that had to eject the payload forward below the enemy planes, as where the brandspreng had to explode at the same height as the target planes. So a normal Zt.Z S30 has to be placed on the brandspreng.
