Float Smoke and Flame No 3 Mk 2

Does anyone have any information, drawings or pictures of the British pyrotechnic store named ; Float Smoke and Flame (navigation) No 3 Mk 2 ?
Presumably this is a Naval item, I believe it is dropped from an aircraft into the sea for marking puposes ? it would be nice to know more. Many thanks, Tony.

Not exactly the same, (No 1 Mk 5) but looks the same from the outside.
