Hi,

I just want to share a picture of my latest finding: a war torn Regina Rifle Regiment (Canadian) badge. It was found alongside a canal which the Canadians crossed after fierce fights in October 1944.
Thought it was a rather unique find, next to the standard war relicts (cartrigdes, bullets, mortar safety caps, shrapnel from artillery shell fuzes,...)DSCN6455.jpg

Best regards,

Super find

Just some FYI.... The Regina Rifle Regiment badge would have been originally black with a red felt backing. The Officers wore a chromed one with the same red felt backing.
