French? 105mm M1913?

Here is a pre-WW I 105mm artillery shell case, I think it is French, but Im not sure so I came here. The length of the case is 390mm, the mouth is about 103mm. On the base is 105 L Mle 1913 MA.I 17L 18 D See photos for details.
Any information would be appreciated, what it actually is, country of origin, maker, gun or guns it went to.

It is indeed French for the model 1913 Schneider gun, made in 1918.
