French 120mm Model1890 H.E Round ?

Hi can someone please confirm or identify this round ,bought recently, i believe it was in the French EOD collection ? H.E with a cast iron body ?Measurments 120mm[around the middle ] 405mm long with a circumference of 378mm and a heavy beast[Completely empty FFE],thanks Dave

As Yoda already said. I found the same in a Finnish WW2 ordnance manual, but unfortunately can't send a picture for moment. Manual says it's high pressure, cast steel, filled with 2 kg Picric Acid, total weight 18,7 kg. There are 4 slightly different variations of this shell.
