How should a French WW1 era 37mm Hotchkiss AP projectile be painted (colour, markigs etc)?

Can anyone post a diagram or photo of an original?

Thanks for any info.

The solid shot , Mle 1916 is bare metal. The 1916 HE & HE D shell are a mustard yellow in varying brightness, depending on te condition of the example.
