French 75mm headstamps

Hi I have two French 75mm cases and was wondering what all the markings are dose anybody know,
i know that 75DEC is de campagne but what are the other letters
SN 325L RS 16 p and the other case MGM 776L 18 BX
can anybody help

I can help with some of it.

RS is Atelier de Construction de Rennes.

BX is listed even in French documents as unknown

the others I can find no reference for. Sorry.

just for intrest the one I have is marked, triangle RS L365 14 P, no help to you at all but it's sometimes intresting to compare!

There was a French chap on this site with the user name phil12 who gave me some decent info on some French cases I have, he would probably be able to help.

I have a case with the "Bx" headstamp on it, according to him it is "Atelier de Construction de Bordeaux".

MGM: Manufacture Gnrale de Munitions, Bourg-les-Valence
776L: lotnumber
18: made in 1918
BX: Socit Bendix, Clichy
