HI ALL, I HAVE THIS PROJECTILE DOWN AS A FRENCH M1888 8cm PROJECTILE, BUT I AM NOT 100% SURE, AS YOU CAN SEE, THE STAMPS ON THE BASE ARE NOT PERFECT, THE PROJECTILE IS ACTUALLY 88mm DIAMETER AND IS 322mm HIGH FROM BASE TO THE TOP OF THE ADAPTER, I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW WHICH CASE GOES WITH THIS PROJECTILE, I AM ASSUMING IT IS SEPERATLY LOADED, THANKYOU004.jpg008.jpg007.jpg006.jpg005.jpg

Hello,

I only know one 90mm gun used during ww1, 90mm De Bange. This obsolete gun (1877) was re-introduced during the war and used separate-loading ammunitions (no case).
So I assume the shell model 15 with new streamlined shape was fired with the same gun.

Regards
