for the moment I don't find any documentation on this fuze. I would try to think it's a percussion fuze but I've any doubt.

It's not a common fuze, I've never seen this device.
Dano1917, this fuze is very different from the early percussion fuze Mle 1915 made of cardboard

It looks almost like a launch adapter. Is the diameter of the fuze comparable to any french weapon or launcher?

I've never seen an F1 with such a fuze. However in Delhommes book there is an illustration for 'La Grenade P3 Modele 1915, which has a similar telescopic body but the other way around. Could it be a variation of the P3?
