french incendiary bomb ?

hello
i've found this , it's totally empty , a metal pipe , of 60mm diameter , and 275mm length without the "fuze"

verry similar to the 92mm incendiary bomb , but smaller ( see the pics )
an i search to identify it , or some documentation on it
