The motor is 80 mm and the warhead 90 mm.
Overall length 830 mm.

It's the practice rocket fSERAM type 900 used in the sixties.

Chris, have you looked in the DIA or FSTC ID books? They normally didn't have a lot on European stuff, but some pieces are listed - might be a good source. If you haven't got them let me know and I'll check when I get home tonight.
