French Schneider cartridge case for ID please

Hello
Can anyone please identify this case...... 78 x 90R x90base ?
Trying to determine whether it has been cut down...... probably
the base stampings are very clear .... interpretation would be welcome

According to the stamps it was made for Greece. Made in 1915 with screw in primer it could be for a non french gun.
