French text needed

I'm restoring a French Mle.32 81mm mortar round that is stamped " AGC 128 NS 40 ". When I got it , it had no paint .
It's now painted and I need the correct text info for the body . the text I am thinking is ......

Would this be accurate , if not ...............What should it be for a 1940 dated ( I think it's 1940 dated ) round ?
