Hi,

I have two reference documents that state that the VB grenades were packaged in crates of 50.

"Notice succincte sur les divers modèles de grenades actuellement en service", 1918


"Manuel des munitions titre V : Grenades", 1920

It's from WWII.

Unfortunately the message "Auctioneer has chosen not to publish the price of this lot" appears now that the auction is over. The only alternative might be to phone the auction house and ask them.
