French ww2 fuze for id

Do you have any information on this French fuze marked ECP 1-39.
The lower screw pitch corresponds well to a ring of 24-31.

Very interesting device.
This device seems to be similar as the ww1 german destruction fuze langzeitzunder improved to be used with french ordnance.
Never seen before.
I don't know the french nomenclature (no doubt it's french made - markings ECP)
I'm sure it's a very rare item.

I understand why I didn't find anything in my documentation.
I will take other photos.
 
A Russian documentation mentioned this kind of fuze
was used by Finnish during ww2
 
I made a cutout to better identify the model.
I had to cut the spring for reassembly (a little short).
No French documentation at present.

The cylindrical device at the bottom is not shown in the diagram (maybe a safety device) and not described in the text.
Yours is maybe an improved version.
