Thank you Paul and Miguel! I was looking forward to seeing how grenades were supposed to mount on this type of pouch myself. As it turns out there are thick cloth sleeves on the rear at either side that the spoons slip into all the way up to the jungle clips. Then the small straps wrap around the fuze heads and attach to the spoon sleeves via pull snaps. Without the spoon sleeves, the straps wouldn't hold the grenades in place for long at all!
