Hey guys I am looking for confirmation that this is what I have.
I think I have successfully translated the Russian to read from top to bottom
G\A: no idea what this means
AVDM: This is why I think its an AVDM,
0TKR or OTKR: again no idea, something to do with the fuze setting
3AKR: again, fuze setting??
KRA (with a N in different font)

All these are translated from: http://www.russianlessons.net/lessons/lesson1_alphabet.php
I hope I have that right.

I am having a hard time getting pictures online.
Any help would be great thank you.

AVDM fuze

The OTKR and ZDKR indicate the vent position " open" and "close".
This fuze seems to be a training item, not a real fuze, is this right!?
Let me know

Yes its a mock up. I am not sure who makes it. The shaft on this one is slightly different from the one you sent me however.
