Fuze ID help?

Does anyone recognize this fuze? Found on a 130mm WP. Not sure what country owned the round. Not one I remember seeing before. Figured maybe some of our Eastern members might recognize it?? Looks like a knurled top.

Looks similar to the V429 PD fuze, not exactly but similar.

Sorry, I would say the V-429 looks way different.

I agree, if you've got the actual piece instead of a drawing they are quite different.
