Fuze ID help

[US-Subs]

I've got four fuzes I'm currently trying to ID. Three are VT, one has the markings NR 169 (Dutch, Belgian?), the fourth looks like one of the common clones of the French PD fuzes, but has the markings ESP-8-64 and a partial factory symbol - Spanish? Thanks for the help.
