Hi, It looks to be a 30-45 Mle 78-81 M15 for a 370 french mortar , the head should bear MORT at 12 and 370 at 6
 
bonjour, cette fusée date entre 1878 et 1918 , voir même quelques années plus tard
 
The pattern is M15 so as it was for a trench mortar, production began certainly from 1914 until 1939 , it is still documented in the Cours superieur des munitions from the Ecole Centrale de Pyrotechnie edited 1922. the french Etat Major had always in mind that if a future war was happening,it would be a new trench war!
 
I have something similar, see pics, is my one a lighter model , there are no stamps on the piece

Hi all, Could EARNI 74 give us the measurement of his fuze- Total lengh , thread diameter, head diam ?
