If the poly insert you have has 12 holes then its just the one layer.
You might want to look out for the bits that go inside the 719. I don't know specifically which ones you need for your L160 but typically these tins have a white rubber ring with an internal tab. A black rubber insert that fits around the shoulder, half way down the cylinder. A metal collet that fits over the black rubber and a white styrene bung. The tin has an internal metal lid with a rubber sealing washer fitted and a small rubber grommet.
